Exhibition

Conditions

The exhibition takes place during the conference in Interlaken, starting September 1st in the morning and ending September 4th at noon.
It is located in the main conference hall (best publicity), where presentations take place too. As consequence the exhibition is only open before and after the sessions.
We offer exhibition spaces of two different sizes (see below). Other sizes can be offered upon request.
We only accept one exhibitor per exhibition space and one exhibition space per exhibitor. The arrangement of the exhibition stands will be made, as soon as the exhibitors are known.
The hall is available for mounting of the exhibition stands from August 31st, 10 p.m. to September 1st, 7.30 a.m. Dismounting has to be finished by September 4th, 4 p.m.
