| Above fees include: | Full access to all presentations, a copy of the conference proceedings (incl. benchmark results), food and beverages (welcome cocktail, gala dinner, coffee breaks, and lunch), and VAT. |
| * | An author is a person who presents a paper at the conference. Only one author is accepted per paper. If the person who finally presents the paper is another than the person who registered as author, the Numisheet 2008 organization committee is not able to give any refund. If a paper will be rejected after a person already registered as corresponding author, the person will have to pay the fee difference of 100€. |
| ** | A PhD-student is a person who is registered as a doctocal student at the time of Numisheet 2008. In order to prove this status, PhD-students must fill out this certificate (pdf, 64 KB) and fax it to +41 44 632 11 65 the day they register for the conference. |

Registration
| Participant: | Please use the online form (requires login) for registration. |
| Partner: | Participants who have already registered for the conference are welcome to register their partners for the offered partner program. Please use the appropriate form (requires participant's login). |
Visa
| Switzerland: | Citizens of several countries must have a valid visa in order to enter Switzerland. Please check this list for more information about the regulations for your country. If you need to get a visa, we can send you an invitation letter which will help you to get the visa. In order to receive it, you must check the "Invitation letter for Swiss visa"-box in the registration form. When the registration is completed, we will contact you by email about this issue. |
| Germany: | Since all technical tours take place in Germany, the participants of these tours must have a visa for Germany as well. Unfortunately, being a Swiss institution we are not able to support you in getting this visa. |
Payment Method
| Credit card: |
Following major
credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club. The total amount will be deducted from your credit card account the same moment you complete the credit card payment procedure. As consequence, your registration form will turn inactive and it will not be possible to modify the registration anymore. |

The grace period for bank transfer is two weeks. As long as the money has not arrived at our account, your registration form will still be active. We ask you not to make any modifications though, as soon as you have started the money transfer process. When the money arrives at our account, your registration form will turn inactive. |

Refunds
If notice of cancellation is given on or before May 1, 2008, a full refund of bank draft payments and a 95% refund of credit card payments will be given on registration fees (and chosen technical tour, social program, and partner program fees). An administration fee of € 40 will be charged.
If notice of cancellation is given after May 1, 2008, but on or before June 15, 2008, a 50% refund of draft payments and a 45% refund of credit card payments will be given on registration fees (and chosen technical tour and social program fees), but not on possible partner program fees. An administration fee of € 40 will be charged.
No refund will be given if notice of cancellation is given after June 15, 2008.
